1. Call meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.
   The January 4 th , 2021 Planning Commission meeting for the City of Little Flock was called to order at 6:00 p.m. by, Vice Chairperson Jim Murphy.
2. Roll Call
   Present were:

   Commissioner Keith Ramsey

   Absent were:
   Commissioner Ray Webb
   Chairperson Terry Talbott

3. Action on Minutes
   Commissioner Luke Moffitt motioned to approve the December 2020 Planning
   Commission minutes as written.
   Commissioner Diane Stafford seconded the motion.
   Motion passed unanimously.
4. Unfinished Business
   1. Blue Water Tank Testing; Conditional Use Permit Update; Gruetzmacher,
      Randy; 3101 N. Dixieland.
      Randy Gruetzmacher came before the Planning Commission to update his
      Conditional Use Permit. He is adding a Mobile RV repair service to his permit.
      Commissioner Troy Davis motioned to approve the addition of a mobile RV
      repair service for Blue Water Tank Testing, for the operation hours of 8am to
      5pm, six days a week, one mobile business truck, one employee, repairs to be
      done off property, no additional signage or lighting changes.
      Commissioner Luke Moffitt seconded the motion.
      Vote:
      Commissioner Diane Stafford -Yes
      Commissioner Luke Moffitt-Yes
      Commissioner Keith Ramsey-Yes
      Vice Chairperson Jim Murphy-Yes
      Commissioner Troy Davis-Yes
      Motion passed unanimously.
