Call meeting to order 6:00 p.m.
The April 1, 2019 Planning Commission meeting for the City of Little Flock was called to order at 6:00 p.m. by, Vice Chairperson Troy Davis.

Action on minutes
Commissioner Diane Stafford motioned to approve the March 4, 2019 Planning Commission minutes as presented.
Commissioner Luke Moffitt seconded the motion. Motion passed unanimously.
Hodges, Mike – Lot Split; Erie Drive (23-00108-000 & 23-00211-000); Tabled from the March 4, 2019 meeting. The Lot Split needs to be modified to be a Pre-Plat application.
Commissioner Luke Moffitt motioned to table the Lot Split contingent upon it needing to be modified as a Pre-Plat application.
Commissioner Keith Ramsey seconded the motion.

Former Chairperson Tracy Englebrecht Resigned as Planning Commission Chairperson on March 19, 2019. He was appointed Mayor of Little Flock.
Mayor Tracy Englebrecht updated the Commissioners on the vacancy candidates. The Commissioners requested the candidates come to the May meeting. The Mayor also spoke about looking into annexing more land into Little Flock from our surrounding planning jurisdiction.
Planning Commission Training in Little Rock on April 17th is open for those who want to attend.
T-Mobile will be submitting a Large-Scale Development application soon to update their already existing cell tower.
The City received a complaint for Bruce Porter, but the Commission has closed his C.U.P. It now is a Code enforcement issue.
Vice Chairperson Troy Davis opened the floor for Public Comments:
Connie Edris spoke of her concerns with Bruce Porter still dirt sifting on his property, the new off ramp from the Interstate causing traffic increase within Little Flock, and Copper Ridge Construction trash is littering up the woods on Little Flock Drive.
The Commission let her know Bruce Porter no longer has a C.U.P. with the Planning Commission and it is now a Code Enforcement issue. They also let her know the increase in traffic is something that is being reviewed for potential issues as the ramp nears completion. Mayor Englebrecht let her know he has reached out to the Developer for Copper Ridge to address the littering issues.
