5. Public comments
Tracy Englebrecht asked about annexing the west part of Little Flock Drive by the curves and we could expand Little Flock Little Flock’s borders.
Mayor Stout stated he had a meeting with Judge Moering, who indicated that we would have to take all of the enclave to state rules. We will be exploring getting certain residents that adjoin the City of Little Flock to voluntarily annex into Little Flock.

7. Treasurer Report & Action on Financials.
General Fund has $1,837,579.92
8. Unfinished Business
8-1. Mayor Stout and Street Superintendent Usrey gave a FEMA update on adding the asphalt aprons and guard rails to the Dixieland bridge.Hill Top is on hold until we resolve the incorrect GPS coordinates from FEMA.
8-2. City Attorney George Rhoads gave an update on the 1904 Little Flock Dr. condemnation.
9. New Business
9-1. Ordinance 2019-001 Ordinance Amending C-General Commercial Zone of Section 14.04.03 of the Little Flock Code was discussed. It will be brought before City Council in the January meeting contingent upon the Planning Commission’s decision to rezone the former dirt plant property to commercial from industrial at the Planning Commission’s Jan. 7th, 2019 meeting.
9-2. 2019 Budget Submission update with Police Salary Adjustment was discussed. The increase in pay will be added to the 2019 Budget. The budget approval will take place at the 2019 January City Council meeting.
9-3. Deco Asphalt made a bid to pave the last 150 feet of Little Flock Drive to the west city limits at the same time the lay the aprons on Dixieland Road. The bid was $13,600.00, the Mayor has asked for them to bid the south bounded portion of Little Flock Drive at the stop sign at the intersection with Woods Lane. It is estimated approx. $4,900 for that repair. It will be added to the 2019 Budget.
Attorney George Rhoads announced he is celebrating 35 years as City Attorney for Little Flock this month.
